Annual Competition

The Training Station held their annual hairdressing competition 2011, which took place at ‘Kingdom Liverpool’ on 4th July 2011.

We would like to thank all salon owners for taking part and attending the fantastic night.
All Hairdressing students take part in the competition. It is a great way for the students to show their creative skills to their fellow students, family and friends and of course their salons.

For this year the theme for level 3 was; ‘Avant-garde’, and the level 2 was; ‘Clubbing’. The standard was so high, the judges had a very challenging time in making their selection.

1st - Sandra Worrall (Huntscross Barber Shop)

Level 3 Hairdressing (Avant-garde)
1st - Paris Pietryga (Boudoir Beauty)
Joint 2nd - Natalie Cluff (Graduates Hair Salon)
Joint 2nd - Kelsie Dickinson (Just Hair)

The Training Station would like to thank the judges; Sue Duke, Julie Burnett, Neil Anthony and Jane Mathews, for their impartial skills in judging the students creations.

Entertainment was provided by;

Jackie Johnson (One our students) (A highly talented young singer)
And the ever popular Mr Ballooney (Michael)

And a very big thank you to the management and staff of Kingdom Liverpool for their superb efforts in making the night a huge success.
